Closed: The CitySights NY ticket desk is closed October 9 but Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island ferries operate.
The Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island ferry does not operate on Christmas Day. Holidays subject to change without notice.

Directions:
By Subway: The CitySights NY Ticket Office: Take A, C, E and S trains to Port Authority or 1, 2, 3, N, R, B, D, F, Q to the 42nd Street/Times Square stop.

Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island Ferry Departure Location (After you have picked up your tickets): Take the 4 or 5 Express Train to Bowling Green; N or R Local train to Whitehall Street; 1 or 9 Seventh Avenue local train to South Ferry. All trains are within a short walk of the CitySights NY Ticket Office.

Note: Complimentary Admission to the Monument Pedestal is by Time Pass Ticketing only. Time Pass Tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis. A limited number of Monument passes are available each day at the ticket booth at Battery Park. You must have your ferry ticket in hand (pick up at City Sights Ticket Desk – Times Square) to request a Monument Pass. Admission to the Ellis Island Immigration Museum is complimentary and you do not need an additional ticket for admission. Even without a Time Pass Ticket, visitors can participate in ranger-led walking tours of the island, view interpretive waysides, listen to an audio tour (fee), eat at the restaurant and browse through the gift shop.
